Shipping policy

TERMS OF PURCHASE: The products are printed and no one is 100% the same, and may therefore also vary slightly from the image. All numbered art prints in the Online Store are excl. VAT. Applied arts and other merch are incl. VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all taxes such as VAT, shipping and payment. NOTE: Shipping abroad may incur customs duties. My NICU Book does not refund customs duties.

DELIVERY:

Delivery time is within 7-14 business days. My NICU Book reserves the right to increase delivery times during busy holidays such as Christmas and Halloween. Or/and if the seller is away and not physically at home to send orders.

All packages are sent by Posten for private adresses, and PostNord for Company adresses.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT:

If the item is damaged or lost during transport, Posten Norge or PostNord is responsible. You must notify Posten/PostNord as soon as you notice damage or missing shipment. You must also contact mynicubook@gmail.com regarding damaged/lost packages after 14 days.

RETURNS:

If you decide to return, you have 14 days to notify us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Shipping costs are not refundable.
